Programs that receive thousands of applications have to pick a handful — fairly, consistently, and in a way they can defend afterwards. Kriteia normalizes every submission into one evaluable object, runs an evidence-cited first pass, calibrates the human judges, and gives every applicant a reason a person approved.

The platform recommends, ranks and documents. Humans decide. Every score carries the evidence it was based on, or it is not a score.
